Danielle Bates serves as Chair of Canadian Women in Energy’s Edmonton Chapter. With more than 20 years in energy logistics and operations, she brings deep expertise in rail transportation, supply chain leadership, and commercial‑operations integration.
Danielle is the Logistics Supervisor at Inter Pipeline’s Heartland Petrochemical Complex — Canada’s only integrated polypropylene facility — where she has spent the past seven years leading rail logistics, third‑party operator performance, and customer delivery operations.
A committed advocate for advancing women into commercial and operational roles, Danielle is focused on expanding CWiE Edmonton’s reach and strengthening the member experience. She recently completed her Executive MBA at the Alberta School of Business, underscoring her dedication to continuous learning and leadership development.
