Our Allies in Energy Executive Forum brings together a diverse panel of industry experts who share their experiences as leaders and the challenges they face while addressing the energy sector’s most pressing issues. Attendees will gain insight into each panelist’s personal journey, career achievements, and the path that led them to their current roles. What sets Allies in Energy apart from most industry conferences is its focus on authentic storytelling—leaders openly discuss how they continue to lead through uncertainty and societal change.
At this year’s event we will frame conversations around navigating information overload, constant connectivity, and competing narratives. We will explore the human cost of poor communication, the importance of reclaiming presence in leadership, empathy as a critical leadership skill, and the practices required to communicate effectively through change and uncertainty.
Thank you to our partners in progress who are helping us empower and uplift women in the energy industry.
In previous forums, we have explored topics such as leadership, career transitions, conflict management, female empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and Indigenous relations. We encourage our speakers to share authentic insights from their own experiences. For this event, we are particularly interested in learning about your personal journey, including constructive dialogues and experiences that could offer valuable lessons for our audience.
