Morgan Proudfoot serves as the Community Involvement Chair for Canadian Women in Energy’s (CWiE) Edmonton Chapter, supporting initiatives focused on community engagement, partnerships, and meaningful industry connection. 

As a Proposal Manager with Qualus, she supports business development and strategic pursuits across North America’s power, utilities, and commercial/industrial sectors. Her work blends technical understanding with clear communication and coordination, helping teams deliver thoughtful, competitive proposals aligned with client needs. She began her career as an electrician, later completing her journeyman certification at NAIT, and brings that practical, field-based perspective into her work today. With experience across both technical and client-facing roles, she connects strategy with execution in a way that is grounded and effective. 

She is passionate about building strong industry relationships and creating opportunities that support the advancement of women in energy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and staying connected to her community.
