Grace Elliott

Marketing & Communications Chair,

Edmonton

Grace Elliott is the Marketing Chair for the Canadian Women in Energy’s (CWiE) Edmonton Chapter, where she leads the chapter’s integrated communications and marketing strategy.

Grace brings over five years of leadership experience in the energy industry. In her current role at Tetrad Insulation as their Business Development and Marketing Strategist, she leads the alignment of market strategy, client engagement, and brand positioning across Western Canada’s industrial sectors. In this role, she is responsible for identifying and advancing growth opportunities, strengthening relationships with owners, EPCs, and general contractors, and developing targeted marketing initiatives that support both maintenance and capital project pursuits. Grace integrates business development with strategic communications—driving proposal development, market intelligence, and campaign execution—while positioning Tetrad’s capabilities in insulation, turnarounds, and complex field services to meet evolving client needs.

With over eight years of experience in marketing and communications, Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from MacEwan University, a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing from SAIT, and certifications in Indigenous Canada, Google Ads and Analytics, and Digital Marketing from the University of Alberta. She is eager to leverage CWiE’s foundation to drive growth and strengthen the brand.
