Alia brings over 18 years of leadership experience to the energy sector combining project and construction management with hands-on field leadership across North America. In her current role as Senior Manager, Business Development at Graham, Alia drives operational growth through strategic initiatives and contract optimization.
Since joining CWiE as a member in 2020, she has shown commitment to mentoring and empowering women across the energy sector and is eager to continue this advancement in her board role. Alia holds an Executive MBA, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
