This foundational “101” type presentation will provide insight around NGL extraction and fractionation, and integration of midstream facilities with producers.

Joanna Williams

Vice President, Operations, Liquids

Joanna Williams is Vice President, Operations, Liquids at Keyera. In her role, she leads the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Keyera’s liquids business unit assets, with accountability for operational excellence, asset integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement across the business.

Based out of Calgary, Alberta, she is a Chemical Engineer (M.Sc.) with more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. With a strong technical and operational background in the upstream and midstream sectors, Joanna has built a career leading complex operations across asset-intensive businesses as well as designing and building new assets.

Known for her collaborative and people-focused leadership style, Joanna is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture grounded in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. She works closely with teams across the organization to strengthen operational capability, optimize asset performance, and create sustainable value for customers, shareholders, and communities.
