SueAnne is currently Director of Community Involvement and has been an active member of CWiE for over 14 years serving as a Board Director where she focused on board governance. She holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from the University of Calgary.
SueAnne is also Head of Client Relationship Management at Cortical Consulting, where she works at the intersection of human complexity and organizational performance. She partners with energy companies to build the clarity, leadership, and team performance needed to drive real results — helping them manage change, accelerate AI and digital technology adoption, and foster the growth-oriented cultures that sustain long-term success. Her experience spans across energy (Suncor & Pembina), technology (Accenture & Telus), and Advisory ( KPMG) where she specializes in helping organizations capture value through their talent and workforce — enabling new ways of working, reducing resistance to change, and aligning teams around shared priorities.
Outside of work, SueAnne loves traveling and exploring new cuisines — when she’s not on duty as chauffeur and equipment manager for her two hockey boys.
