Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Heidi is a Senior Associate and Renewable Energy & Environmental Talent Specialist with TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. She specializes in recruitment across renewable energy, utilities, and heavy civil and infrastructure construction throughout Canada and the United States. With over eight years of specialized search experience and more than 150 successful placements, she has built one of the most established and engaged networks of technical and leadership talent supporting organizations driving the energy transition.
Heidi’s career spans more than 25 years across media, sales leadership, finance, and recruitment. She began in media relations with the Canadian Football League, supporting national events and stakeholder engagement, before moving into high-performance sales and leadership roles in automotive finance. There, she consistently ranked as a top producer and led training initiatives, developing the commercial acumen and people-first mindset that now define her recruiting approach.
Known for her intuitive, high-energy, and relationship-driven style, Heidi has a natural ability to connect people and help them “find their people.” In her current role, she partners with owners, contractors, EPCs, utilities, and clean energy developers to build sustainable teams, working closely with professionals ranging from technicians and engineers to project managers and executives. She is recognized for creating a comfortable, transparent experience for both clients and candidates, aligning business needs with meaningful career opportunities.
