Britlynn holds a Bachelor of Geology degree from Mount Royal University and has over 10+ years of experience in the energy sector. Britlynn transitioned from her role as a Geologist to Business Development in 2019. She is currently the Business Development Manager at FLINT, a leading service provider for Construction, Maintenance and Turnarounds.
Britlynn has been an active member of Canadian Women in Energy (CWiE) since 2020. She first got involved as the Sponsorship Lead for the CWiE Charity Golf Tournament, a role she has proudly held ever since. In 2022, she joined the board as Co-Director of Membership, where she helps foster connections and engagement within the organization.
With a passion for building relationships and supporting women in the energy sector, Britlynn values the opportunities and community that CWiE provides. She looks forward to connecting with both current and prospective members who share her enthusiasm for the industry.
