Morgan Proudfoot serves as the Community Involvement Chair for Canadian Women in Energy’s (CWiE) Edmonton Chapter.
In her role as Director, People & Culture at Canoco Energy Services, Morgan leads initiatives in people operations and safety, fostering a supportive and safety-focused culture. With a background in Business Development and a Journeyman Electrician certification from NAIT, she brings diverse industry expertise and a dedication to professional growth.
Eager to further her passion for community involvement and philanthropy, Morgan looks forward to connecting with like-minded individuals and engaging with those who share her commitment to empowering women in energy.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, and recently took up tennis!
